Your website is your shop front on their phone.

People search on their phone first. If your site is slow, broken, or missing, they call the next shop.

Your website works when you are closed. It shows your hours, your work, and one clear way to call or book you. I build it, and I look after it every month.

Not perfect. Not barely working. Just clean, human, and working.

Why you need a website

Customers look on their phone first.

That is how they pick who to call. Your website decides if it is you.

Not perfect, not barely working — clean, human, and working. In a world of AI, the human touch is what people appreciate. AI can be too perfect, and people are not perfect. You do not need either extreme: a clean, human site that works lifts how your business looks before anyone walks in.

1

They search before they visit

“Near me.” Your name. Your hours. If you are not there, you are not in the choice.

2

Slow or broken loses the call

If a page will not load, or the number is hard to find, people do not wait. They tap the next result.

3

It is open when you are closed

At night, on Sundays, on holidays — your site can still answer questions and take bookings.

4

It proves you are real

Real photos. Real reviews. Real prices or services. That is what makes a stranger trust you enough to call.

No site yet? Or one that is not working?

Work we run ourselves

We look after our own site every week.

So we know what “looked after” really takes.

LiveUpdated weekly

Torque Authority

A car-review site we built and still run. New pages every week. Fast on phones. Kept up to date — just like we will keep yours.

How it works

Simple, step by step.

01

Talk

First

You fill the short form. We talk about your business and what you need.

02

Price, in plain numbers

Before you sign

You get the price in plain numbers — one monthly price over a set term, or one upfront price if you prefer paying once. No surprise bill later.

03

Build

In weeks

We build it and test it on real phones. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready.

04

Looked after

Every month

We host it, back it up, update it, and improve one thing you can see each month.

What we do

Three things. Done well.

New website

Built from scratch. Fast on phones. Made to get calls and bookings.

Fix or rebuild

Your old or AI-made site, fixed. Same web address. No downtime.

Look after it

Hosting, updates, and small changes every month. See the care plan below.

The care plan — in plain words

What you pay for every month.

Think of it like this. You pay a small amount each month. We keep your website online, safe, and up to date. You do not have to think about it.

You get this every month

  • Hosting. Your site stays online. People can find it day and night.
  • Updates. We keep the parts behind the site current and working.
  • Backups. We save a copy of your site. If something breaks, we can put it back.
  • Small changes. New hours. New price. New photo. Send it to us. We change it.
  • Google help. We keep your Google listing correct, and help you ask for and reply to reviews.
  • One improvement you can see. Every month, one clear upgrade — faster page, better photo spot, clearer booking button. Not just work behind the scenes.

You do not get this

  • A brand new website every month.
  • Unlimited big changes. A new shop, a new booking system, or many new pages is a new job. We quote it first.
  • Ads, social posts written daily, or a full shop with hundreds of products — unless we agree it in writing.

If you cancel

You can cancel at the end of your term. Tell us before the term ends.

If you cancel early, the rest of the build cost in your term may still be due. We will show you that number in plain numbers before you sign — no hidden maths.

Your domain name is yours. We will help you move it. Your site files are handled as written in your agreement.

What about month 14?

Good question. In month 14 you are not paying for the launch again. You are paying for the same things as month 2: hosting, backups, updates, small changes, Google help, and one visible improvement that month. If your site is online, safe, and getting better, that is what the fee buys. If we did nothing that month, we have not earned it — and the improvement is how you can check.

Want this for your site? Start with the form.

No jargon in the reply. Just what it costs and what you get.

Pricing — your choice

Monthly, or pay upfront. Your choice.

Most things are monthly now, and your website can be too. But if you would rather pay once and be done, that is fine as well. Both are fine — you pick.

Option 1 — Monthly

One small
monthly payment

We spread the cost of building your site into a monthly plan over a set term — like a phone plan for your website. No big bill up front.

Option 2 — Pay upfront

Pay once,
if you prefer

Want it paid and finished? Pay for the build in one go instead. Same website, same quality, same looking-after. It is simply a different way to pay — neither way is better. It is your choice.

Either way, we serve the servers

You never touch the tech. Whichever way you pay — monthly or upfront — Refront hosts your website and looks after the servers it runs on.

  • Hosting is ours to run. Your site lives on servers we set up and look after. You do not buy hosting, and you never log into a server.
  • Updates are ours to do. We keep everything behind your site updated and working. You never update anything yourself.
  • If something breaks, it is ours to fix. You run your business. We serve the servers — that is the job you pay us for, either way you pay.

Your exact price — monthly or upfront — is quoted for your business in plain numbers before you sign. Every business is different, so a small site costs less than a big one. If it does not fit, you do not sign. No price hidden in small print, and no “starting at” trick.

Want your exact price? Ask.

Tell us which way you would rather pay — monthly or upfront — or ask, and we will lay both out in plain numbers.

Contact

Tell me about your business.

Four fields only. Name, email, what you need, and a short message. On a phone, a mini version pins to the top of your screen and stays there while you scroll and type — watch it build itself. Goes to [email protected].

Start here. Pick one — the form and the little site beside it change to match.

Essentials only: name, email, what you need, and a message. That's all you need to send.

A bit more (optional)Business, website, goals & monthly plan — only if you want to add them

Optional — leave this closed and send with just the essentials above. Nothing here blocks submitting.

No account needed. Your four essentials are enough — add the optional details only if you want to.

Questions owners ask

Before you ask — the short answers.

Tap a question to open it. Nothing here is a promise about price or terms — those are laid out for your business before you sign.

I already have a website — why would I rebuild it?

If yours is slow on a phone, hard to read, or the call button is hard to find, people leave before they contact you. A rebuild keeps what still works — including your web address — and fixes the parts that lose you calls.

I get customers by word of mouth. Why do I need a website?

Word of mouth gets your name out. Your website is where that person checks you next — your hours, your work, and how to call you. It backs up the recommendation instead of leaving it to chance.

I don’t really understand websites. What does one actually do for me?

Think of it as your shop front on their phone. It shows what you do, when you’re open, where you are, and one clear way to call or book you — even when your real shop is closed.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little. You fill in the short form and talk through your business once. We handle the building, hosting, and looking after it — you just look it over and say yes or ask for a change.

What happens if I cancel?

That depends on the plan you choose, so we explain it in plain words before you sign — what happens to your site and your web address, and anything that would still be owing. No surprises, and nothing hidden in small print.

Write directly — pick the inbox that fits
